The Vaults are an exclusive automobile home for your classic, collector, or exotic vehicle. The Vaults’ facility offers you as an owner a highly secure, temperature-controlled environment to work on and showcase your car or special collection. Plus, entertain friends and family in your private mezzanine and embrace the camaraderie of like-minded collectors.
The Vaults is a place where you can enjoy your beloved cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles like they were meant to be and meet others who share your interests.
Built with automobile, motorcycle, and RV fans in mind, these privately owned units are not simple storage bays to pack your vehicles away in, but rather elegantly personal living rooms where you can share your toys and invite others over to appreciate them as well.
If your passion has outgrown your garage, and you want a safe, friendly environment to enjoy and share that passion, a Vault “private garage-condo” may be the solution you’ve been waiting for.
Purchasing a Vault is a good investment:
Unit owners become members of an association, which will allow them to enjoy a partnership participation in the management and maintenance decisions regarding the common areas. The association will be responsible for collecting monthly dues, which will then be used to pay for items such as: property insurance for common areas, shared utilities, landscape maintenance, garbage removal, and miscellaneous repairs.
Security is a top priority for The Vaults:
The association will carry an insurance policy to cover the common building elements and common areas shared by all owners.
Individual owners will be responsible to carry an insurance policy to cover their own unit, any improvements, and the contents.
Individual owners will be responsible to pay property taxes on their unit as identified by the city and county.
Each unit has its own A/C system and the Owner will pay the utility bill for unit.
Yes, as each unit comes with a bathroom. Water will be plumbed to each unit and a hose spigot will be installed at the corners of some buildings throughout.
