I am proud to announce my future man cave projects will be known as The Vaults.
Unit C is just about ready. 1,500 square feet, 12′ x 12′ OH door, ADA bathroom, 200 amp Square D panel with 20 amp GFI & Arc protection on all outlets which is superior protection.
There was a loft, there is a small storage area over the bathroom I think would make a great start to a loft area.
The 2 exterior walls are insulated & sheet-rocked, the 2 interior walls are block. There are 9 – 8′ 9,000 Lumen LED lights providing a ton of light. there is also an outlet wired for a 50 amp breaker if you need big power. Another for adding a mini split for HVAC is already in place as well.
The outside was painted in 2022 and the new metal insulated roof went on in 2019.
The unit is priced as is with a few things I want done to put my stamp on it.
The short list to make it yours includes, painting the floor, picking a type of ceiling you may want (spray foam, plastic sheets, sheet-rocked etc. I have not painted the walls yet so if you do that it would save a few bucks.
Condo docs will be ready very soon. I will be moving my man cave there too as soon as I have time to begin on that unit.
